All Clear

Last week Dad went through his second CT scan since the end of his radiation and chemo treatment for esophogeal cancer. And for a second time, we got the wonderful news "ALL CLEAR!" There are no cancer cells to be found. Praise the Lord God Almighty!

Thank you for all of your sustaining prayers - I think of this time last year when he was in the middle of treatment and forced to use a feeding tube because he couldn't swallow effectively, and how horrible it was to see him in such pain and putting on a brave face for all of us during Thanksgiving and Christmas. His faith never wavered, his praise for the Lord only grew louder and his willingness to submit to the Father's will was strengthened. Now we get to celebrate and look forward to the years that the Lord will give us. Love you Daddy.
