Many of my clients are large manufacturing companies and I'm constantly in industrial and "good 'ol boy" environments. And I love it. To give you an example of the kind of conversations I hear daily:
Sandy: "You just can't fix stupid"
Rocky: "Yeah, but you can shoot it."
Two things to note here:
1. Yes, they are talking about shooting the employees
2. Yes, the man's name really is Rocky.
